Refund policy

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, parts must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email info@officematrix.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.

Return postage is paid by the buyer, unless we sent the wrong part or the part arrived faulty — in that case we cover the return postage and send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned part.

Not sure a part fits before ordering? Email us a photo of your chair's under-seat label and we'll confirm compatibility first.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
